NAMUTECH joins CNCF member, taking a leap forward as a Cloud Native company

NAMUTECH announced on the 12th that it had joined the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) and the Linux Foundation membership.

CNCF is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Linux Foundation established in December 2015. It is in charge of the Kubernetes project, which is in high interest in the cloud industry.

Recently, as Kubernetes’ influence in the cloud is increasing, many companies are using artificial intelligence (AI) and big data with container-based cloud native infrastructure.

NAMUTECH provides a cloud native platform to the financial sector, large corporations, and public institutions, supporting the establishment of multi-cloud environments and optimized services for enterprises.

Its cloud native platform, ‘Cocktail Cloud,’ supports building container-based infrastructure and implementing microservice architectures to provide a containerized infrastructure environment from application development to final service.

Cocktail Cloud is an all-in-one container management platform that enables efficient development, deployment, and operation of various complex applications such as AI, big data, and IoT in private and public cloud environments.

“Cocktail Cloud proved its technological prowess by obtaining CNCF’s Kubernetes software compatibility certification program in cloud products for the first time in Korea,” said Chul Jung, CEO of NAMUTECH. He added, “We will become a cloud native expert company that supports optimized digital transformation.”

Meanwhile, Acornsoft, a subsidiary of NAMUTECH, obtained certification from CNCF as a KCSP (Kubernetes Certified Service Provider) based on its actual implementation experience and engineers who hold the CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) accreditation.
