| Shinhan core AI platform, service development and distribution at once
NamuTech, a company specializing in cloud platforms, supplied a container-based multi-hybrid cloud platform “Cocktail Cloud” to Shinhan Bank.
NamuTech, along with the major contractor KT DS, conducted the business advancement for Shinhan Bank AI Core Platform (SACP).
SACP is an AI platform used by developers within the bank. It efficiently allocates resources by automatically and comprehensively processing the development up to the operation of AI services.
Cocktail cloud used in this platform is an infrastructure that manages the all-in-one container. Through this, users can efficiently develop various and complex applications such as AI, big data, and IoT in the private and public cloud environment.
“Users can cut costs through the container-based cloud-native platform,” said Sungil Choi, the NamuTech SACP project head, and added, “this is the first instance to implement a container-based cloud-native environment in the domestic financial sector.”
Also, NamuTech applied Cocktail Cloud to microservice architecture implementation, allowing users to proceed from application development to final service deployment within one platform.
