Namutech intends to accelerating our next-generation AI business by investing in the AI specialized company, Mason Intelligence.
Through our recapitalization, we acquired 50% of Mason Intelligence’s shares on the 8th of January, and this is our second leap forward by targetting the AI based chatbot and speech recognition area.
To secure the new AI market along with Namutech’s cloud platform, we will be implementing sales and co-marketing strategies integrating the two products.
Mason Intelligence is an AI specialized company that is developing ‘M-STT,’ a speech recognition solution, and ‘M-BOT,’ a voice-enabled chatbot. They developed a Speech-to-Text speech recognition solution based on an AI brain engine provided through a technical agreement with Deepgram, a company based in Silicon Valley, and released the beta version in early January.
M-BOT is an AI chatbot that can substitute call center service workforce to do various business tasks such as customer service, product inquiry, product instructions, complaint handling, reservation registration, and more, and respond to them 24/7.
It is designed so that systematic customer management is possible by real-time analyzation of chat details, time, and completion rate through its big data feature. Unlike other domestic chatbots that concentrate on text, its differentiator is providing speech recognition.
Mason Intelligence has exclusive distribution rights of Deepgram’s AI solution in Asia, and they are targetting providing their products and services to call centers of banks, insurance companies, securities firms, and various financial institutions.
