NAMUTECH announced on the 12th that it had signed an MOU with Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure service company, to revitalize its infrastructure as a service (PaaS) platform business.
Under the agreement, the two companies plan to utilize their respective expertise in cloud computing by combining NAMUTECH’s cloud-native PaaS platform technology and Kyndryl’s hybrid cloud managed service.
NAMUTECH and Kyndryl have a strategy to cope with the growing cloud market by promoting joint projects such as creating collaborative sales opportunities in the enterprise and financial PaaS fields, marketing, and exchanging technology and human resources.
First, the two companies plan to win orders and execute the optimal cloud-native conversion business by combining Kyndryl’s consulting service with ‘Cocktail Cloud,’ NAMUTECH’s cloud-native platform.
“We plan to lay an important foundation for expanding the PaaS market through cooperation with Kyndryl, which provides optimal multi-hybrid cloud infrastructure services,” said Hongjoon Kim, managing director at NAMUTECH.
