NAMUTECH Advances KT Cloud’s Enterprise DaaS Platform

NAMUTECH announced on the 3rd that it will promote the enhancement of KT Cloud’s enterprise DaaS (Desktop as a Service) portal and virtualization infrastructure.

NAMUTECH has been maintaining a strategic partnership with KT Cloud in the DaaS field for the domestic private market. Recently, due to the increase in DaaS-using companies, NAMUTECH is undertaking a project to enhance the enterprise DaaS platform, including expanding the DaaS infrastructure and adding portal functions.

Through this enhancement project, NAMUTECH plans to significantly improve features that allow IT administrators to manage assigned VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) resources directly, such as VM (Virtual Machine) creation and deployment, and user VDI policy detailed settings. The aim is to increase the scalability and user convenience of DaaS.

NAMUTECH’s virtualization integrated management solution, NCC VDI portal, supports increasing management efficiency with automated virtual desktop creation and deployment and integrated monitoring of DaaS infrastructure. With the integrated monitoring dashboard provided by NCC VDI, users can view the overall server, user, network, and storage status at a glance and analyze the operation management environment and infrastructure resources in a three-dimensional and multi-faceted manner.

Executive Director Young Namgung of NAMUTECH said, “NAMUTECH has been maintaining a close cooperative relationship with KT Cloud, boasting the highest level of IDC (Internet Data Center) safety and DaaS service operation know-how in Korea, in the fields of virtualization and cloud.” He added, “As the cloud-based work environment increases, we will take the lead in providing stable and differentiated enterprise DaaS services.”
